General Help and Advice
To see a member of staff at Maybole One Stop Shop, please
drop in at any time.
Our opening hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Wednesday, 9am-7pm Thursday and 9am-4pm
Friday.
Some forms, for example DLA, can take over an hour to complete.
We may ask you to gather information for us and come back to complete your
form fully.

Support for Senior Citizens
For matters directly relating to someone retired, for example,
pension credits, attendance
allowance or winter fuel payments, please drop in on a Monday or Tuesday,
or Wednesday
morning, when Mel will be available to help you.
